1) Interviews with the Whedonverse actor concerned, e.g. Adam Baldwin on Chuck
2) Very important news about the show the actor is currently on, e.g. renewal, cancellation
3) Casting news about a Whedonverse actor, e.g. James Marsters to guest on Caprica.

General raves or rants about non-Joss shows? Not so much. Cheers.

IMDB rumours before a movie cast gets officially confirmed are not terribly reliable as we've found out on many occassion.

Unless I missed what would be HUGE news, we still haven't had official confirmation that Joss is directing "The Avengers". So casting news is a little premature. (And Renner's appearance in one ep of "Angel" is a bit thin for "cast and crew" value . . .).
